We're based in East York but serve the entire GTA, including Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, and Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa). If you're within about an hour of Toronto, we can help with your waterproofing or foundation needs.

Most free assessments are scheduled promptly, with site visits arranged at your convenience. For emergency leaks or structural concerns, we prioritize urgent situations across all regions we serve. Scheduling may vary slightly for locations at the edges of our service area, but we keep you informed throughout the process.

No travel fees for properties within our standard GTA service area, which includes Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, and Durham Region. For locations beyond this area, we'll discuss any additional costs upfront during scheduling so there are no surprises.

We offer all our services—basement waterproofing, foundation repair, underpinning, floor drain repair, basement entrances, and concrete work—across the entire GTA. Some neighborhoods have unique challenges (tight lots in downtown Toronto, sloped ravine properties, heritage restrictions), but we have experience working in all conditions and coordinate permits regardless of municipality.

We're a locally owned business with deep roots in Toronto. Saverio personally oversees every project from East York to Durham Region. We understand local soil conditions (especially Toronto's expansive clay), municipal permit requirements, heritage property restrictions, and we've built relationships with local inspectors and engineers. National chains use subcontractors and commission-based sales teams—we don't.
